Avery – 7 months

Avery’s mom and I had made plans to return to a location for Avery’s 7 month session to do some outdoor, Fall family portraits. Little did we know that the week before our session was to happen, a freak snowstorm dumped a whole lot of snow on our area. But, I was pleasantly surprised when I go to the location that 1.) there was still fall color and 2.) it was 60+degrees for our session. :)

The W Family

I spent a very chilly morning recently with The W Family. They came all the way from Pittsburgh to do a session and I’m SO happy that the weather co-operated.

First we did some with just Mom and Dad.

Then we were joined by the lovely little A.

What a lovely family!!

This is such a sweet family! I knew Ashleigh and Ryan from high school. But this was the first time meeting their kids. And we had so much fun! I love doing family portraits in the fall. And this family is so photogenic that it made my job super easy. ;)

The kids…being cute.

Ashley and Ryan.

The boys.

The girls.

We told the kids if they were good, we would go to the playground. And how cool is it that it just happened to have a slide built for three?

The kids…just being kids!!!

Kacy and Jesse – Engagement

Kacy and Jesse are one of my couples for 2009 and when we first met, Kacy told me about the farms that her family owns and how she would love to do her engagement session there. Of course I agreed! And they did not disappoint. We started at her parent’s farm where she was the 7th generation to grow up then traveled to two other properties. The view at the last one was just breathtaking.

Here are my favs. Thanks for being my tour guide!

Toni and Heath – Esession

Toni and Heath are not one of my bridal couples because they are getting married at Walt Disney World. BUT, Toni is a self described “blog stalker” and contacted me about doing their engagement pictures at the Capitol and downtown. Of course, I said yes! We did a couple of shots with Toni’s son at the beginning of the session but then the rest of the time was spent walking around with Toni and Heath. They are such a fun couple!! Disney won’t know what hit it!! ;)

Kari and Brad – Esession

Continuing with our Fall portraits, I met up with Kari and Brad at Lititz Springs Park for their engagement session. We started off doing a couple of shots with their dog, Ernie, who was the cutest little dog ever! And he was so good! Then Ernie went to hang out in the car while we walked around Lititz Springs Park soaking in the sunshine and Fall color. Kari and Brad were up for anything! I even convinced them right at the end of their session to sit in a pile of wet leaves for me.

Thanks for walking around with me guys. I hope you like your images.

This is Ernie. See. I told you he was cute.

I love Keri’s ring.
