Rebecca and Jason – 08.22.09

Saturday was an AMAZING day!! Not only did we get to spend it with two AMAZING people but there was no rain during the ceremony, portraits at two AWESOME locations, a rainbow and an ice cream truck!! I’m telling you, we were happy campers.

But first things first. We started our coverage at the Milestone Inn where everyone was getting ready. It was going to be a game time decision on whether to have the ceremony outside or under the tent and it was all dependent on the rain. I’m happy to say that other than a few drops during the ceremony, we didn’t have any rain until after the reception was well underway. And that’s where the rainbow comes in. It appeared after dinner and almost everyone stepped out from under the tent to have a look.

And did I mention the portrait locations? Rebecca, a girl after my own heart, didn’t really want to go to the same old places in Harrisburg. So, she hatched a plan to gain access to the Harrisburg Train Station. One of our back-up plans was venturing underneath one of the bridges into Harrisburg. I’m happy to report that we did both!

On to the favorites….But first PLEASE CHECK OUT THIS SLIDESHOW. Rebecca and Jason actually recorded the song which was also their first dance. So cool!!!

Erin and Jake – 06.27.09

Last Saturday, before our much needed break :) , Lindsey and I captured the wedding of Erin and Jake. It was a day of totally new experiences as we were visiting two places that we had never been before. The ceremony was held at Holy Name of Jesus on the outskirts of Harrisburg and the reception was held at the Crowne Plaza in downtown Harrisburg. We started off at Erin’s house where all of the girls were getting ready. Then it was off to the church where we met up with Jake and the boys. Our original plans for a portrait location after the ceremony had to be changed so we ended up at Italian Lake. Then it was off to the hotel to party!!

Thanks for having us guys. Below are our favorites. CLICK HERE for the slideshow.

Michelle and Chris – 06.06.09

Last Saturday, Andy and I were at the Milestone Inn for the wedding of Chris and Michelle (Yep. We were two for two with brides named Michelle on Saturday.) Unfortunately, I didn’t realize it was also D-Day and was stuck in horrible traffic due to some special events being held. I have to send a HUGE thanks to Cyndi for covering Michelle’s getting ready until I arrived!! When I did get there, I was stunned by Michelle’s dress. It was absolutely beautiful and she had the BEST shoes too! Once everyone was ready, we headed out to the river where Chris and Michelle saw each other before the ceremony. The ceremony was beautiful and had little touches that made it so special for Michelle and Chris. After cocktail hour on the lawn, it was time for the reception. I have to say I love their taste in music! Just as every one of the guests did, Andy and I had a great time! Thank you Chris and Michelle!!
