Emily and Jarrad – 06.25.11

We ended our June weddings with the fantastic wedding of Emily and Jarrad. Everything happened in downtown Harrisburg which made for an easy day. We started at the Harrisburg Hilton where both the guys and the girls were getting ready. It was just a short ride to State Street to the church where the ceremony would be held. And after the ceremony, it was just a short walk to the Civic Club for the reception. The entire day went off without a hitch. Well almost. Let’s just say I had to put on my seamstress hat and do a little sewing thanks to Jarrad. After everyone was in and settled at the Civic Club, the parties of all parties started. Emily, Jarrad and all of their guests certainly know how to party. The dance floor was PACKED all evening!

Emily was just radiant. Once the dress was on, it was hard to keep her from smiling.

This was an interesting way to end the bouquet and garter section of the evening. No chair was involved.

Hayley and Greg – 05.29.11

Our second wedding of the Memorial Day weekend was the awesome wedding of Hayley and Greg. I started my day by hanging out with the girls at Hayley and Greg’s house while they got ready. Then we headed to the church for the Serbian service which was intricate and beautiful. After formal and fun portraits, it was off to the Radisson for the rockin’ reception.

Hayley’s bouquet was simple yet beautiful.

Greg didn’t look too bad himself.

What a better way to pass the time than iPhone Air Hockey!

I love this shot of some of the guests during the service.

Hayley and Greg had shots for their guests of what can only be described as fire water.

Guests threw eco-friendly rice and coins at the couple when they exited the church.

Jessica and Brian – 10.09.10

Is October over yet? We had another double-header this past weekend, starting with the Saturday wedding of Jessica and Brian. We started our day with the girls getting ready and then headed to the Capitol for the ceremony. We did portraits inside and outside of the Capitol before heading across the river for the reception at the Radisson. What a fun night!

Did I mention I love getting ready time?

Donelle and Jeff – 09.25.10

This past Saturday we joined Donelle and Jeff for their ceremony and reception at the Civic Club in Harrisburg. Donelle was stunning. Her gown was amazing. And Jeff didn’t look to shabby either.

It was really windy during the ceremony so we couldn’t really hear what Donelle’s dad was saying. But judging by the looks on Donelle and Jeff’s faces, it was pretty emotional.

Catie and Matt had a much cooler day for their wedding than they did for the esession. Saturday was absolutely gorgeous! The day went off without a hitch. And Catie and Matt could not have been more gracious and welcoming to us. Thanks guys for letting us capture your day. Here it is in pictures:

Beth and Brooks – 08.21.10

What a fun evening! We had such a great time hanging out with Beth and Brooks for their wedding that it hardly seemed like work at all. They did things THEIR way for their special day and I think that made it all the more special.
