Spring has sprung!

Now if the weather would actually pay attention to what the flowers are saying, I would be much happier.

More great news!!

We are proud to announce our new portrait site. It’s been a long time coming! Up until now, our new website was dedicated to Weddings. We thought it was about time to show you we were more than just that. Take some time and visit the new portrait site.

Answer to the Riddle

So if you checked the blog a few days ago, you saw this:

I did get some great answers that were submitted. But the answer is……………….

………………..AN ADDRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m SO very excited to announce that starting in April 2008, Klose Photography will be moving it’s studio to the Milestone Inn. We will occupy the third floor of the mansion and our space will house a gallery, a shooting space, and a meeting space. In addition to our space, we will have the entire mansion and grounds on which to do our sessions. We will continue to do sessions on location as needed but hope that everyone will be as excited as we are about using this fabulous property.

A very special thanks to Robin and Sean, the owners of the Milestone Inn, for helping us make a dream come true.

I will be blogging about our progress as we prepare the space for our first visitors. Stay tuned for all the updates!!

But wait…we’re not quite done yet. We have even more exciting announcements coming in the near future. I can’t wait to share them with you all.

Nazareth Woodworking

If you are a loyal blog reader, you might remember me mentioning that we had a friend who was starting his own business and he had done some work for us in the meeting space. His name is Eric White (he has a nickname but we won’t go there) and his business is called Nazareth Woodworking. He recently launched the website for his business and I invite you to take a look at his fantastic work. We are so happy with the work that he has done for us that I’m sure he’ll be doing more for us in the future.

Wedding Site Updated

Just wanted to let you all know that the wedding site just went through a much needed update. There are all new images in the slideshow and galleries so stop by and take a look. I didn’t do a 2007 favorites post because frankly I ran out of time. But I did include a lot of those images in the update.

Logan

Leapin’ Lizards, Logan!!! Yep, you guessed it. Logan is a Leap Year Baby!!! I visited him recently for his newborn session. Seeing a baby that small brought back lots of memories. He was a pretty content baby after he finished feeding. Here are some images from our session:

My favorite of the day. I love Mom’s hands in this one.
